Window of Opportunity for Best Retail Artists

The finest teams of retail artists in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, will battle it out this month to be crowned the UK’s number one visual merchandiser. The ten pairs of visual merchandisers (VMs) compete in student and professional categories, building full-scale window displays on the theme ‘Future of Retail: 2060’ at the grand final of skillVM, the UK’s only live window dressing competition. skillVM Visual Merchandising Competition

6 finalists are set to battle for top honours at a competition to find the nation’s most highly skilled window dresser – known in the industry as Visual Merchandising. Launched by Mary ‘Queen of Shops’ Portas, the final will see the best student and professional visual merchandisers from across the UK create window displays against the clock and judged by industry professionals at the annual event at London’s Olympia.
