SMEs Can now Print from their iPhone or iPad

In a world first, printer company, Brother UK, have launched an iPhone/iPad app that allows users to scan and print from their iPhone or iPad. The new iPhone app, Brother iPrint&Scan, is free to donwload and allows users to wirelessly print from iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, just so long as they have the latest Brother multifunction inkjet printer. Speaking about the new smartphone app, Phil Jones, Sales and Marketing director at Brother UK, said: “Smart phones are becoming an essential modern day business tool and we are pleased to be able to offer even more convenient features for our customers.” All of Brother’s latest multifunction inkjet printers, introduced in 2009, should be compatible with the iPrint&Scan app through their wireless interface.
