One Fifth of Small Business Owners Use Google As Legal Aid

22% of UK small business owners will turn to Google if they’re in need of legal advice, according to new research from Ajuve. The survey of 500 small enterprise owners revealed that 40% of respondents have no legal framework in place whatsoever to deal with any potential future claims, with 46% admitting they’d need help if they were to engage in such a dispute. When broken down by age, younger business owners appear more ‘legal savvy’ than their older counterparts, with 71% of 18-24 year olds having some form of framework in place compared to just 35% of those over 40.
