At BCSG I am responsible for the day to day management of the current services offered by the business to small business customers across the globe and am spearheading BCSG’s ambitious growth plans both in the US and in the UK.

The business has grown substantially since I have joined and has strengthened its position as a trusted partner for Financial Institutions in the UK and beyond and as a provider of quality products and services that help SMEs to thrive and survive.

We have cemented our ability to offer our partners full service provision all the way from concept creation to build, delivery and launch of new services for small businesses.

Prior to joining BCSG, I worked at Barclays where I specialised in SMEs. I was Marketing and Product Director for Barclays Business and a key member of the leadership team for 5 years, and alongside that was also Managing Director of Clearlybusiness, a Barclays subsidiary from January 2003 to the end of 2010.

Before Barclays, I also worked in a variety of commercial roles at BskyB, Moonfruit.com and Lehman Brothers
