Win Free Advertising at London Business Awards
Newspaper publishing group Archant is offering outstanding small London–based businesses the chance to win a share of £55,000 in marketing and digital support.
The Archant London Business Awards, run in association with HSBC, comprises 11 award categories, including business innovation and online business. Each award winner will receive a share of £55,000 to spend on Archant’s advertising services.
Archant’s head of communications, Steve Fenton, said the benefits extended beyond simple advertising, however.
“There’s the kudos and the associated PR that goes with winning. There will also be extended networking opportunities for award winners that run for six to eight months afterwards.”
Among the other awards are prizes for growth, customer service, apprentices and social enterprise. Jim Blakemore, of 2009 double award–winner Bikeworks CIC said winning had given his firm a higher profile.
“As a not–for–profit organisation, winning Best Social Enterprise was a prestigious award to win within our sector, but winning Best Growth Business against private sector companies was really nice. It gave us some credibility, that as a not–for–profit we are also running a sustainable business.”
Small businesses must apply before the 1st October. The award ceremony will take place in London on 24th November.
