Dell Small Business Excellence Awards
There’s still time left to enter the 2009 Dell Small Business Excellence Award* where you could win £25,000 in technology solutions. (closing date 3rd April 2009)
Dell, in partnership with the British Chambers of Commerce, recognize innovative technology use from entrepreneurs in the UK and the awards, in their sixth year here, give tech-savvy small businesses the opportunity to win Dell solutions and a meeting with Dell Chairman & CEO Michael Dell.
Ten national finalists per country (there are 13 this year) will be announced in mid June and the 13 national winners will be announced in September 2009.
The UK winner will receive the top prize of £15,000 in Dell products and services, a day of best-practice sharing with Dell executives, including Michael Dell, and a ten year membership to an Accredited Chamber of Commerce.
The other nine UK finalists receive a Dell business-class notebook and a one year membership to an Accredited Chamber of Commerce.

said Heather Gorringe, founder and director of Wiggly Wigglers the 2008 Global Small Business Excellence Award winner.

As well as the total £25,000 worth of technology and services from Dell the winner will receive global recognition, lifetime membership to the International Council for Small Business (ICSB) plus engagement with Endeavor, a global non-profit supporting emerging market entrepreneurs, and their network of business leaders & high-impact entrepreneurs in emerging markets worldwide.
